A woman named Janice who hails from Colorado has a common problem concerning keeping a love relationship in her life. Janice is troubled and feeling unworthy of love and is wondering of the answer to the question: “How do I start to feel worthy of a soul mate relationship”? Working with a Law of Attraction Life coach can be the answer.

I appreciate the integrity of your question Janice. It can be hard for most people to even admit that we have trouble with feelings of worthiness. So congratulations for being aware of that misalignment. I say misalignment because it’s not in alignment with who you actually are. Who you really are is a delightfully wonderful creator of your life – ready for all that you can dream of.

Needless to say, we’ve all been brainwashed by the mainstream mainstream ideas of our time that we need to work hard to gain approval. You are not alone with feelings of low self-worth. I suggest you begin with some down time that’s devoted to simply self-love. Think of the ways that you love to make yourself feel good. Those ‘luxuries’ don’t have to involve tons of extra comfort food or squandering exorbatant sums of money. How about a luxurious bubble bath with fragrance and candles? Take a whole day and do stuff just for no one else but yourself. Self-care is a fantastic way to get back in touch with your inner guidance, that still small voice. When you feel well, you exude your natural essence. And you create what you desire when you feel self-actualized.

We address this and dig deep into the critical aspect of self-confidence in my FREE Video The #1 Secret to Finding and Keeping the Love of Your Dreams.
