Love is an extremely powerful vibrational energy. Appreciative energy is also a super high vibration. Are you in the mindset of appreciation, love and high-level vibrations regularly? Great.

Even if you find your mood heading down the emotion scale, in only a matter of moments you can raise it again.

Use memories that make you feel happy. Think of your tiny niece, or when your pet was a baby. Imagine things that allow yourself to feel good. Do some action that makes you feel better. You really can use the Law of Attraction with great success, and it’s fun too!

Find something to love. It doesn’t make a difference if it has already happened or is happening in your life currently. For example, appreciate the day your daughter arrived into this world. Give some love to your pet. Toss a ball to your dog. Blow bubbles. Get some exercise. Go for a walk. Watch the squirrels playing. Listen to music that you love. Breathe deeply. Can you find thanks for the simple fact that you have ten functional fingers? What about your ten toes? How about the roof over your head? Fresh water and plenty of food? Do you appreciate the electricity and the paved roads we drive on? How about indoor plumbing? Do you have family and friends that care about you? Imagine the hundreds of things you can be appreciative of. We are so wonderfully blessed.

There are so many paths you can take to raise your vibration. You can’t do something you love and stay mad. Try it for yourself. Giggle. Juggle (or try). Make distortions of your face in your bathroom mirror. If you are feeling truly lousy, I suggest ice cream or cookies. Using the Law of Attraction is a hugely powerful tool for Relationship Attraction, and is simple to understand. Take a nap or choose a diverging train of thought. It will not be an unconscious act if you meaningfully will it.

Watch how much better you feel when you deliberately make a choice about something instead of just unconsciously cramming your mouth with sweets. You may eat a cookie or two and halt your eating rather than mindlessly emptying the bag.
