So you would enjoy learn to trust again even after being hurt from a rough break-up. Getting help from friends and family can sometimes be the worst place to go to if you want to mend your heart and open your heart again.

If you are having relationship advice issues due to a person in the past had been unfaithful, it is possible to find a relationship again. A big breach of trust can feel exceedingly heavy and have the power to stay. Just the same, you do need to find peace and a healthy state of mind before you can continue on with your life. I recommend that you be gentle and easy on yourself and keep finding the place of forgiveness and release. You want to create a relationship with a person you can trust and share yourself with utterly, so you should get rid of any lingering negative vibrations.

Sometimes it’s a worn out tale we say to ourselves and others that has us perpetuating reasons to continue perpetuating the way we may live, or making excuses for our limitations.

Give some thought to the beliefs you hold concerning your consciousness. I hope you are considering the negative intentions that were instilled as a child; the tales (that manifest as reality) about you and why you haven’t been successful, why you cannot have what you want, why you are not good enough in the subject of love or just life in general.

I would like you to come up with a statement that summarizes that shadowy area or illogical belief. I call it an illogical belief since you have obviously come through life taking care of yourselves very successfully in many ways. You are experienced in plenty of fields, you excel in some fields and you are certainly brilliant in others. You have high competencies and skills which, on the echelon of the intelligence, prove to yourself that you ARE skilled enough – in many places truly stunning.

What was that early belief, call it your ‘life sentence’ that sums up a deeply locked belief that has nothing to do with your logic or intellect. Create a new life sentence such as an affirmation that supports and empowers you. You can recieve free Relationship Advice for Women After Divorce.
